KLIFF Symposium & Exhibition

We're lucky to be given such a chance to attend the Kuala Lumpur International Film Festival (KLIFF) as to celebrate culture diversity! Well for those who weren't there, you can always visit to its official website for more details! Anyways, we really enjoyed the opportunity talking to great animators like Hans and Bret because they are really friendly! However it's sad to say we missed our 10% CRIT marks for that... worth while you say? :)

Here are some of the photos taken on 29th November (Thursday), come take a look!

Purposely bumped into Jijoe when we arrived! :P

E-theater no. 2? Anyway the seats there were overly cozy haha... zzz.

Cheers! Gloria Jeans Coffee for the break... HEAVEN!!!

See why Alan was with us? Click to enlarge! :D

And oh, we actually tried to pose like Ming Jin~
(the picture on his post)! :D

After some talk, we digged great tips from this great man...

It's Hans Rijpkema from Rhythm & Hues! Man he's super cool!

And so we had some fun surrounding him later. XD

Mr. Tall - Hassan Mutalib gave us a short lecture too! How kind!

Ever seen girls playing in the toilet? Now you see. XD

Interesting and funny talk from Nick Deo Campo!
A speaker from Mowelfund Film Institude in Manila.
I think Alireza loves him too! :D

Surprisingly met Mr. Ezwan! Still remember him guys?

And we met Ming Jin's friend too!
Linus Chung the young local film maker (guy in maroon).

We went to watch Enchanted after that...
unfortunately we skipped their Friday's events. :p

Below are some of the photos taken on 1st December (Saturday)!
Can't describe the feeling when we saw our iCLAYs being displayed...
It's like...
THE GREATEST AURA EVER!!! lol

Meet Bret Parker from PIXAR, animator of Ratatouille!
(Gotten her signature in my book)
:D

And after the talk, we walked to our MMU exhibition booth.
Felt kinda hypnotized by:

Rong's Ballerina!

Wee's clay!

My darling Mermer! *o*
With her left eyeball missing.

Shin's Angelo!

Car's Bandidito!
(Lyd's lobster was there too hehe)

Art work of Niena, Auzaei, etc.

Art work of Jason, Firdaus, and our seniors!

Look at the big crowd at our booth! :D

Posing with our beloved lecturers! (the hyper-expressive ones)
Jijoe, Eyeman, Azman, Car, Wee, Val, Rong, Shin, Khai, & Lynz!

Lastly, some sissy personators here. :D

Hope you enjoyed the photos.
As usual, salivas are welcomed. :)

Meows,
Val

Ms Brett said that pixar studio lets the animator to decorate their working space into any form they want. Some tranformed their cubicles into a cozy hut, and some even made it like a castle!!!! (CASTLEE!!)

This way they'll feel comfortable with and this helps bringing in the creative juice into their heads...

LETS CHANGE OUR FA STUDIO INTO A PLAYGROUND!!!! :D:D:D:D:D:D
