Moral exams are just over. What can i say? i say the tips are so misleading that half of the predicted scope is not covered in the test. What a practical joke to pull off... geez
Here are some questions that i think is NOT even a moral-related question.
True Or False:
Males dominate the majority of the world's population.
(my answer: false)
Question: In terms of what? Numbers? Political Power? Strengh? or is it your own opinion?
According to the survey on infidelity rates, cohibiting couples experience almost twice the rate of infidelity of married couples.
(my answer: false)
Question: Okay... Why are we supposed to remember facts and statistics on a MORAL paper?
In controlling their population, China practices the policy of three children per couple established in 1979.
(my answer: false)
Question: This is so general knowledge... -.-
According to Kant, a maxim is a subjective rule that is used by an individual in making decisions.
(my answer: true)
Question: i think it is just an extract from our notes somewhere... but then again, this question will be asked if we take political science or philosophy or something.
Short Answers:
Define and give two main causes of sound pollution. (What?)
What is the difference between active and passive euthanasia?
List 4 symbols of the Sikh identity.
I know these are the things you can read out of our notes but tell me... is it a moral subject suppose to cover? or are they facts and knowledge we can read elsewhere?

Because of PML1010
I WANNA BE AN IMMORAL PERSON
>: F
don't you all wanna be one too?
then we can teach the education department a lesson
telling them that including this subject as our compulsory subject in university a real bad choice
as it drives people go crazy when reading it
and come up with an idea of being immoral
just to prove that studying moral wont help making a person to behave properly, let alone morality.
even if they really really want to educate people about morality
cant they do that by using simple plain straight forward and easy to understand english like
"Do something that makes all people happy :) "
instead of
"Utilitarianism reference group is the entire universe - collective goods for all people with the least possible negative for all"
and i still cant pronounce Utilitarianism properly.
