A trip to Assumption University

hey guys, I was in Bangkok in 2 weeks for the World Debating Championship which was held in Assumption University, Thailand. And I gotta tell you, you be surprised how magnificent the university is! Here are some pictures:

The hostel rooms they allocated for us to stay. YES, it is their HOSTEL, complete with a balcony and individual bathrooms.... O_O
The exterior of the King David hostel (others being Queen of Sheba and King Solomon. Well, since it's a Catholic University, most of the buildings are named after biblical characters).
The clock tower that chimes almost every hour. (serves as a pretty good wake up call) There's also a museum beneath the tower that features artworks, chandeliers and a grand piano.

The AU Mall (yea, this university is freakin' big enough for a little mall to fit in) where we had our breakfast.
The courtyard of the AU Mall.
The old-school tram: Something to go around the campus with.
The CathedralCheck out the horse statues on the lake...
Swans! in their lake garden...
One of the many fountains in campus.
So, What do you think?
